What is a Greenlist in the Dr. Green NFT Mint?
The Greenlist offers early supporters the chance to mint their Dr. Green NFTs before the public mint begins. If you want to secure your spot, you'll need to provide an Ethereum wallet address. Be sure to use a custodial wallet—one where you control the private keys, such as MetaMask, Trust Wallet, or Ledger.
Do not use an exchange wallet (like Binance or Coinbase). These wallets are controlled by the exchange, and any NFTs sent there could be lost. Only use a wallet you fully control to ensure a smooth and secure experience.

Can students from abroad studying in the UK get a medical licence?
Yes, international students studying in the UK can obtain a medical cannabis prescription, but there are specific requirements they must meet.
Key Considerations for International Students:
Residency Requirements
A student must be residing in the UK at the time of seeking a prescription.
They must have a valid UK address where they can receive prescriptions.
Accessing Medical Cannabis in the UK
Medical cannabis is only available through private clinics; the NHS rarely prescribes it except for very specific conditions.
Students must consult a specialist doctor at a licensed private clinic for an assessment.
Medical Eligibility
They must have a qualifying condition, such as chronic pain, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, or severe anxiety.
Medical cannabis is typically prescribed only when other treatments have failed.
A specialist will review their medical history, which may require documents from their home country.
Student Visa Considerations
Holding a medical cannabis prescription does not affect a student visa, but they must ensure compliance with UK drug laws.
If their university has a drug and alcohol policy, they should check how medical cannabis is handled.
Travel & Legal Issues
They cannot take UK-prescribed medical cannabis back to their home country unless that country also allows medical cannabis imports.
If they plan to travel while studying, they must check destination country laws, as many nations do not recognize UK prescriptions
Do you get a card?
We dont provide a card at this point but it is something we are looking to do in the near future. We have discussions open with current card suppliers to partner with them for ease of integration.
Do you have to vape it using a vaping machine?
Medical cannabis is not typically recommended for smoking, we alongside other as medical professionals and regulatory bodies discourage it due to the health risks associated with combustion. Instead, medical cannabis is usually prescribed in forms that provide controlled dosing and minimize harm. The most common method is Vaping.
Do you need to inform insurance companies?
If an individual is prescribed medical cannabis in the UK, they may need to inform their insurance provider, depending on the type of insurance they hold.
Health Insurance
If their health insurance covers prescriptions or private medical treatments, they should check whether cannabis-based medicines are included.
Some insurers may exclude medical cannabis from coverage due to its classification and regulatory status in the UK.
Failure to disclose prescription medication could invalidate future claims related to their treatment.
Life Insurance & Critical Illness Cover
Many life insurance and critical illness policies require disclosure of prescription medications.
Insurers assess cannabis use individually, with some treating it like other prescription drugs while others may consider it a higher-risk factor.
If medical cannabis is prescribed for a serious condition, it may impact the policy’s terms or premiums.
Travel Insurance
If traveling abroad, they should verify whether medical cannabis is covered by their travel insurance.
Some countries prohibit medical cannabis, and carrying it across borders could void their insurance policy if it leads to legal complications.
Car Insurance
Medical cannabis can influence driving ability, and UK law requires individuals to stay within legal THC limits when driving.
If their medication affects their ability to drive safely, they must inform the DVLA.
Certain car insurers require disclosure of prescription medications that may impair driving ability.
What Should They Do?
Review their policy documents and contact their insurer if clarification is needed.
Provide full disclosure to prevent issues with future claims.
If their insurer raises concerns, they may need a doctor’s letter confirming that their prescription is medically necessary and does not impair their ability to work, travel, or drive.
Do you need to tell your work employers that you have a medical card ?
In the UK, an individual does not have a legal obligation to inform their employer that they have a medical cannabis prescription unless their medication affects their ability to perform their job safely. However, there are some important factors to consider:
Workplace Drug Policies & Testing
Many workplaces have drug and alcohol policies that prohibit cannabis use, even if it is prescribed.
If the employer conducts drug testing, medical cannabis could result in a positive test for THC, potentially leading to disciplinary action unless disclosed in advance.
Some companies allow medical exemptions, but this depends on internal policies.
Safety-Critical Jobs (Disclosure is Often Required)
If the individual works in a safety-sensitive role (e.g., driving, operating heavy machinery, law enforcement, healthcare, or aviation), they may be legally required to disclose their prescription.
The employer has a duty of care under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, meaning they must ensure employees can safely carry out their duties.
Reasonable Adjustments & Legal Protections
Under the Equality Act 2010, employers cannot discriminate against an employee for having a disability or medical condition requiring prescription medication, including medical cannabis.
If an individual needs accommodations due to their condition, they may choose to inform their employer and request reasonable adjustments, such as changes to working hours or duties.
Driving & Workplace Transport
If the job involves driving, the individual must comply with UK drug-driving laws.
Does it have vat?
Yes, international students studying in the UK can obtain a medical cannabis prescription, but there are specific requirements they must meet.
How does the prescription process work? If a client only has a sleep disorder and wants a different strain that doesn’t support it, are they allowed to buy it afterward?
To change a strain, they must have a consultation to discuss the treatment and effects they are feeling / or not feeling. We will then reassess the cannabis that has been subscribed and if a change is deemed reasonable the strains available to them on their platform will be altered.
If the maximum allowance is low and they reach it, what happens in this scenario? Can they get a bigger allowance?
Once the maximum allowance has been reached per client, they will not be able to order over that quota until the following month
Shipping prices?
Shipping prices are yet to be confirmed and depend on region, full information about shipping will be available at checkout for the end users but will fall inline with usual shipping costs for small medical products and we do not charge a mark up on that. They also have the option to collect from a local pharmacy.

What happens when a client fails a doctor’s test for medical cannabis? For example, do they get another try or an interview with another doctor?
If they are not eligible for Dr. Green's medical cannabis treatment, it means that based on their medical history and condition, a specialist doctor at Dr. Green has determined that cannabis-based medication is not suitable for them at this time. This could be due to factors such as pregnancy, breastfeeding, a history of psychosis, unstable cardiovascular disease, or if their condition does not fall under the criteria for prescribed medical cannabis in the UK.
