In contrast, an overwhelming majority, 88% of U.S adults, advocate for some form of legalization, whether for medical purposes, recreational use, or both.
Of this majority, 32% of the adult population supports legalization solely for medical use, recognizing the therapeutic benefits of marijuana. Additionally, a significant 57% advocate for the legalization of marijuana for recreational purposes, indicating a growing acceptance of its recreational use among the public.
