Refund Policy

1.1 Thanks for purchasing from Dr Green via www.drgreennft.com   

1.2 If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help. However, due to the unique circumstances of, and the regulations surrounding, the purchased product, refunds can only be given in certain circumstances. 

1.3 You have 7 calendar days to contact us to request a refund from the date you received the product from us. 

1.4 To be eligible for a refund, we will need to have the receipt or proof of purchase, which must correlate with the detail on our system. 

1.5 Once we receive your request for a refund, we will inspect the detail and the circumstances and notify you that we have received your request. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after completing the review. 

1.6 Please note we don’t conduct a refund on the following circumstances (this list is not exhaustive):  

  • where no error is accountable to Dr Green (i.e. the order was fulfilled correctly as per the order) 

  • Fraudulent order,  

  • repetitive refund requests to exploit the refund policy i.e. frivolous and vexatious claims  

  • breach of terms and conditions of Dr Green nft  

  • Used or part used product 

  • or any other relevant scenario to be considered on an individual basis 

1.7 In addition, for order via prescription, in line with General Pharmaceutical Council guidance, Dr Green does not offer refunds on medication or products that have been dispensed on prescription. Once medication or prescription products have been dispensed, they cannot be reused and must be disposed of. 

1.8 Please check the items dispensed to you carefully and promptly upon receipt. If you believe there may have been a dispensing error, you should contact us immediately and should not take or use any of the items.  

1.9 Where an error has been made by Dr Green in dispensing your medication, a full refund will be given, if we are notified within the timescale above in 1.3. Alternatively, we will provide you with replacement medication where possible and will arrange for collection of the previously dispensed order, so it can be safely disposed of. 

1.10 If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit or debit card (or original method of payment). 

1.11 You will receive the credit within 30 days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

1.12 If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

1.13 This policy operates in addition to any other statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
